Questions about Book a Quick Repair

“Do you provide material or is it on us to buy the replacement parts or material?”


One or the other. Usually the owner by the parts they want, and we install. We can take care or the material purchase, just precise it in the comment section of the Booking form.

“Do I need to be home during the service?”

It is easier for us if you are on site to set expectations and location of the item to be repaired or upgraded. But if it is a simple faucet or toilet replacement, once agreed, you do not need to be there. Share that in the comments section with all informations you can.

“Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?”


Yes! You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment — no fees, no hassle.
